Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping

• We ship to India and internationally.
• Domestic delivery: 5–7 business days; international delivery times vary.
• Customers are responsible for international customs, VAT, or import charges.

2. Exchanges / Returns

• Only size exchanges are allowed, within 7 days of receipt.
• No returns on limited edition/discounted products.
• Items for exchange must be unused and in original condition.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
• No refunds; exchanges only except in case of damages/errors.

3. Procedure for Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, email skipabeat@spryk.in within 48 hours with your order number and photos.

Upon review, we will issue a replacement or store credit.
